Refund & Replacement Policy
At Order to Wear, everything you order is custom-printed just for you. Because each item is unique and produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.
Damages and Issues
We want you to love your order. Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us at ordertowear@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery if:

The item is defective or damaged.

The print quality is subpar.

You received the wrong item (size, color, or design).
In these cases, we will evaluate the issue and, if verified, send a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue in your email.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are created specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns for:

Personalized or custom-printed items.

Sale items or gift cards.

Items where the customer ordered the wrong size or color (please refer to our size charts before purchasing).
Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of Print on Demand, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If you need a different size or color, you will need to place a new order.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the event that a replacement for a damaged or defective item is unavailable. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
