Thank you for shopping with Order to Wear! We take pride in creating custom-printed apparel and accessories just for you. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Processing & Production Time (The "Print" Phase)
Because we operate on a Print on Demand model, your items are not sitting in a warehouse; they are made specifically for you once your order is placed.

Standard Processing: Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be printed, quality-checked, and packed.

Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods, production may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we ensure your custom gear is perfect.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been printed and processed, it will be handed over to our shipping carriers. Delivery times depend on your location:

| USA | 3–5 Business Days |
| Canada | 7–12 Business Days |
| International | 10–20 Business Days |
Note: Total delivery time = Processing Time (5–7 days) + Shipping Time.
3. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Order to Wear is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, Order to Wear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Once we transfer your package to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly.

If your item arrives damaged during transit, please take photos and email us at ordertowear@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement.
